You’re welcome to drop in on any of our scheduled days and times — no registration required. Monday’s session is open to all walk-ins (10:00 AM – 2:00 PM).
WANT TO ENJOY MUSIC, FOOD AND A GUIDED TOUR?
We encourage you to register for a session listed below. Registered sessions are limited to 50 guests and include food, fun, a guided walk of the property, sweeping views from the ridge tops and cliffs, and the opportunity to reserve your cliff-line home site or cabin lot, on-site. Spots are limited — register today to make sure you have dedicated time with our team.

Friday, Sunset Sneak Preview and BBQ
5:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Friday, May 22 – Evening
First registered session. Property walks, cliff and gorge views, BBQ dinner on the ridge, and entertainment. Capacity: 50 registered guests.
Saturday, Sunrise Breakfast
7:00 AM – 9:00 AM
Saturday, May 23 – Morning
Second registered session. Early morning on the ridge, breakfast served, property walk, lot selection open. Capacity: 50 registered guests.
Saturday, Afternoon Session
2:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Saturday, May 23 – Afternoon
Third registered session. Afternoon property walk and lot selection. Capacity: 50 registered guests.
Sunday, Afternoon Session
2:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Sunday, May 24 – Afternoon
Fourth registered session. Property walk and lot selection. Capacity: 50 registered guests.
Monday, Memorial Day
10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
